This protective and preventative effect was even greater in men.”
Cardiovascular diseases, are as a group, the leading cause of death in western countries. Due to the dramatic effects heart disease has on people major efforts have been made to help identify risk factors as well as to take steps to address these risks.
In addition a happy, healthy heart works best when the blood and body is well hydrated and the body consumes the right type of water containing ionic minerals like calcium and magnesium.
